2. Scope
Applies to all Klyr projects and partners, including pre-production, on-set activity, post-production, media placement and community management.
3. Standards
- Suitability: no content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, glorifies violence, promotes illegal activity or misinformation.
- Accuracy: claims must be substantiated; required legal lines and disclosures included.
- Platform compliance: follows the latest advertising policies for each platform and broadcaster.
- Audience targeting: respects age gating and local restrictions.
- Rights: talent, music, footage, trademarks and UGC cleared for intended use and territory.
4. Controls & approvals
- Risk review at brief, script, rough cut and final delivery stages.
- Legal/regulatory review when claims or sensitive sectors are involved.
- Usage sheets for rights; talent/UGC releases stored with project files.
- Escalation to senior producer for borderline or high-risk content.
5. Partnerships & media
We use reputable media partners and brand-safe placements; blocklists/allowlists are applied on request. Influencers are vetted for past conduct, disclosures and brand fit.
6. Incident response
Issues are triaged within one business day; we coordinate removal/edits and provide an incident summary with corrective actions.
7. Governance
Policy owned by Klyr leadership; reviewed annually or after significant regulatory/platform changes.
