This policy applies to all employees, directors, freelancers, and third-party partners working on behalf of Klyr.
Normal and proportionate hospitality is acceptable, but must never be intended to improperly influence a business decision. All gifts and hospitality above a modest threshold must be declared.
All staff and contractors are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with this policy. Concerns must be reported to Klyr leadership.
Breaches may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, and potential reporting to authorities.
