Anti-Bribery Policy

1. Statement of intent

Klyr has a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We are committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all employees, directors, freelancers, and third-party partners working on behalf of Klyr.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Offering, promising, or giving a bribe.
• Requesting, agreeing to receive, or accepting a bribe.
• Facilitation payments or “kickbacks.”

4. Gifts and hospitality

Normal and proportionate hospitality is acceptable, but must never be intended to improperly influence a business decision. All gifts and hospitality above a modest threshold must be declared.

5. Responsibilities

All staff and contractors are responsible for reading, understanding, and complying with this policy. Concerns must be reported to Klyr leadership.

6. Enforcement

Breaches may result in disciplinary action, termination of contracts, and potential reporting to authorities.
