What’s included in the retainer?

Our key services Creative Discovery Sprint and CORE Growth Engines always have a strong baseline, but your retainer is always tailored to your needs, to give you the best chance of success.

We work with you to see exactly what we feel you will need, with strategy not just a fixed up front phase, but throughout the entire journey.

Normally - your retainer covers creative strategy, production planning, with production and delivery scoped additionally depending on production scale, lift and distribution.

If a social retainer, content creation and in app post-production will normally be included, depending on the ask.

Our retainers are designed to give you a strong, dedicated and specialised creative team - without the overheads - think of us as either an extension of your in-house content department that goes harder on data and analytics to better inform the creative and give a better chance of improving it's outcomes - we're your on call creative problem solvers.

Our approach with CDS and CORE means less wasted media spend and better ROAS.

How long does a project usually take?

Timelines all depends on the ask and scope.

If you're already aclient with us, fast-turnaround organic social edits can be delivered within a few hours, while larger campaign production or branded content series and films may take weeks-months from brief to delivery.

We’ll always set clear timelines and milestones upfront so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you offer ongoing creative support?

Absolutely!

Whether that’s as simple as managing your content calendar, adapting edits and reversioning for different platforms (although we advice against this and create platform specific content tailored to your audience), or if it's producing new assets each month, we stay involved as long as you need us.

Many clients come back for continuous creative and production.

The Creative Discovery Sprint is a fast reacting, data-informed process designed to uncover what creative truly connects with your audience.

We start with a deep strategic dive, then move quickly into testing, learning, and iterating.

The goal is simple: find what works for your business, understand why it works, and build a strong system to scale it.

What is the CORE Growth Engine?

The CORE Growth Engine is the next phase after the Creative Discovery Sprint.

It’s a long-term partnership where we take what’s proven to work and turn it into a consistent, scalable, high-performance system for growth.

We capitalise by building on momentum.

The strongest ideas are expanded, refined, and scaled across formats, channels, and audiences, increasing output and impact over time.

Alongside this, we continuously test and evolve new directions to keep performance moving forward.

This creates a cycle where creative is always improving, never standing still.

Instead of one-off campaigns, you have a system that compounds where we operate as an extension of your team and focused on one thing: turning creative into measurable growth.

Can I hire you for a one-off campaign or branded film?

Yes. Not every project needs a retainer. We regularly work on one-off productions - from hero brand films and social campaigns to event coverage and launches.

You let us know what you want, who your target audience are and desired outcomes, we agree a SOW and then we'll get to work to deliver it.

What platforms do you create content for?

All of them! We create and deliver platform specific content designed for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, and for broadcast.

Each piece will be platform native from the format to the edit and audience of the platform - gone are the days where it's one asset and a quick reversion from OTL assets.

We believe the audience deserves more.

You want impact and that's what we will try to deliver.

How do payments work?

For fixed scope one-off projects:

* 50% deposit at onboarding with agreement in place.
* 25% upon commencement on production, (including strategy), and the final balance;
* 25% upon delivery.

Retainers are billed monthly, in advance. This allows us to deliver a strong quality of service.

For larger projects, milestones can be agreed.

Everything is transparent & invoiced clearly, and available in your client portal

What if I’m not happy with the first iteration of content?

That's all a part of the process! We usually include 2 revisions in every project, unless otherwise stated in our agreement to ensure you're completely satisfied.

Feedback is big part of the journey, as your input is invaluable to help us shape the content just right.

We’ll always refine the ideas until the creative feels right, within reason and scope.

Our goal is to make sure you’re proud to share the final piece to the world.

Do you work with clients from any country?

klyr works globally with brands, agencies, and founders across time zones, industries and cultures, subject to our standard due diligence checks.

Remote collaboration is our default, and we’ve got it down to a science, and always able to travel for on-location shoots when needed and scoped.

Do you work with other agencies and production companies?

Of course - we play nice! klyr works with lots of partners of our clients to achieve success.
